Emily! Great post. I have thought about the same things. I’m only 2 months into my blog…some days I’d love to write a quick post about my day, but think about who really wants to know what I ate, where I walked, etc. I don’t even need to re-cap that for myself!
I keep in check by thinking about something I once told a student of mine…if it doesn’t seem like a good idea, then it probably isn’t. Hence, if it doesn’t seem like something you’re 100% comfortable sharing, then you probably shouldn’t.

No kidding. Glad I was so drugged I don’t remember 90% of it.

The shakes are great 180cal, 15g of protein, good fats, good carbs with fiber. Best I’ve found.
