So 15 years ago at Pulaski Polka Days Sen. Gary Drzewiecki signed legislation for the state of Wisconsin to make the Polka the official state song.
Funny thing is that I was there as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pulaski News and covered that story. I even had my own little press pass and got to see the signing. I have my press pass in my hope chest.

I had totally forgotten about that until reading this article.
Oh to be from Pulaski…love it – really.
I could use a good Polish hop and some accordion playing.
Wish I was there now hanging with T and the guys.

Didnt see any cars in the middle of the road but I did see a few parked the wrong way at 330am in the morning. They did get tickets ……
