baby shower is right.
it POURED.

storms rolled through as we were setting up -
the power went out…
stayed out through the entire shower!

tj was a gem helping all the ladies come into the house.

we had a great time anyway.

jodi was so excited for all the wonderful gifts for baby boy scheide.
plus we had yummy desserts.

plus we had a sweet owl theme in blues, greens and oranges.

the chocolate cake was a hit.
it was a new recipe from i am baker.

jodi is such a wonderful woman and friend.
she’s going to be a great mama.

by the way, this was not your typical shower!
besides the rain and no lights – shower by candlelight
we “partied” until 1:45am!
